Specialist Services

 JOINERY

As well as the high standards of site finishing, AJN also offers an manufactured bespoke joinery service either on a supply only or supply and fit basis.

We can offer good solid advice on materials and finishing, ensuring manufactured items can be put into production easily, with the help of site measuring and construction drawings. 

Finishes can be completed in a workshop environment or on-site, by one of our competent polishers dependent on the contract requirements.

Partnering many leading companies, we can also supply and incorporate other finishes like Granite, Marble and Stainless Steel. 

DECORATIVE FINISHES

AJN directly employees quality decorators, who take pride in their finishing trade, covering all aspects of traditional decorating and incorporating new methods of applications  Time is spent preparing surfaces as the correct working environment is crucial to the overall finish, which AJN prides itself on.

• Standard Wall Coverings and Wide Vinyl application
• Woodgrain, Marbling and broken colour effects
• Multi colour and specialist paint spraying
• Polishing and lacquering
• Standard paint application (brush or airless spray)

The above are just a few examples of decorative finishes undertaken by our competent operatives.

TILING

AJN directly employees a team of tilers, who have a wide range of site experience in all aspects of tiling as well as several sub-contracted tiling companies for larger projects.

All tiling contracts are undertaken to both walls and floors including marbling, ceramic and mosaic.

SUSPENDED CEILINGS

Both small and large ceiling works are undertaken by AJN, including the removal of existing.  Organised teams of fitters can work with electrical contractors and associated trades to ensure minimum disruption to ceilings are limited after they are installed.

All specification of suspended and MF ceilings are dealt with in-house, or by one of our approved contractors and monitored on stand-alone contracts by our quality management team.

PLASTERING

Not only are our plastering operatives versatile but they are clean!  We pride ourselves throughout the company on site cleanliness and our plastering operatives are no exception.

All plaster finishes and applications are undertaken by AJN (external and internal) and we offer a tape and jointing service as part of or all-in rates.

PARTITIONING

Wall partitioning is an area AJN has looked at in depth and consider it beneficial to all to look at an all-in service, including stud, board, plaster and paint finish, this becomes hassle free for the client.

We can provide all-in rates from start to finish, ensuring everyone carry's out their work to standard, cutting down on site problems and debates/counter charges.

Wall partitions can be undertaken as part or all-in packages.

M & E SERVICES 

AJN have a wealth of experience of incorporating M&E elements within our refurbishment schemes.  We can manage the clients own M&E contractors and bring them into our package, or in most circumstances we sub-contract to approved companies for the Mechanical, Electrical and Data elements.

AJN manage these elements to ensure all specifications are met and all certification, testing and training is carried out prior to or at hand over point.

SPECIALIST ROPE ACCESS

 AJN offers a different and interesting way of dealing with difficult working environments. A wide range of surveys and applications can be carried out with the use of rope access making a difficult working environment become safe and works are carried out cost effectively.

AJN can help you access difficult to reach work sites in almost any environment unlike traditional methods such as scaffolding and access lifts. There is minimal disruption to traffic and pedestrians.

SPV SPECIAL PROJECTS CONSORTIUM

AJN is also a member of  SPV Special Projects which offers project design and construction on large-scale renovation projects in the commercial sector.

We specialise in design and build renovations of existing Hotel, Leisure and Office Buildings.

SPV Special Projects is a consortium of companies who offer project design and construction on large-scale renovation projects in the commercial sector.

We work closely with all aspects of large scale building refurbishment from initial enquiry through to after care maintenance.
